Use the contact form. Include your phone model, operating-system version, HourNexa version and a short description of what happened. You can find the app version under About.
Please leave out passwords and private client information. If a screenshot helps, hide any sensitive details first.

Check that the project has a saved work location and automatic tracking is enabled. In device settings, allow precise location access at all times and ensure Location Services are on. Recorded visits become daily hours after the registration ends. Background event delivery can vary with the device and its power settings.
I want to correct or unlock hours
Open Weekly hours and select your project and week. Uncheck Lock week and confirm before editing protected entries. Review and confirm automatic hours before locking the week again. The day’s actions let you clear it, enter zero hours or restore its registrations.
My PDF hours look different from decimal input
Reports use hours and minutes: 0:15 is a quarter hour and 7:30 is seven and a half hours. You can enter 7.5 or 7:30 in the app. Project rounding settings apply to automatic registrations.
I am moving to another phone
Export a ZIP through Backup & Restore, transfer it securely and choose it on your other device. Restore replaces local business records, so export a backup of the destination first if needed. Stop running registrations before restoring. Grant location permission again on the new device.
I need to restore a purchase
Open the Pro screen and use its purchase restore option with the store account that made the purchase. If you linked Pro with Apple or Google, sign in with the same identity. Contact us if access still does not appear.
Privacy or deletion requests
Read the privacy policy or use the contact form for deletion requests. Subscription cancellation is handled separately in your store account.
Store availability
HourNexa is coming soon to iPhone and Android. Public download links will be added to the download section when available.
