Who provides HourNexa
HourNexa is provided by Ronald Derksen / Derksen IT. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact form.
Your business records
Client details, projects, notes, work locations, daily hours, report settings and completed registrations are stored locally on your device. These business records are not sent to an app-managed cloud sync service or included in our app analytics events. Your operating system may include app data in its own device backups.
Location and automatic time recording
The work-location picker can use your current location to center the map. You can also choose a location manually. Enabling automatic tracking for a project requires precise background location access. iOS region monitoring or Android Google Play services detects entering and leaving a selected work area.
HourNexa keeps project identifiers, arrival and departure times, timezone, daily durations and the project name, coordinates and radius captured for a registration. It records work-area visits, not a continuous route history. These records are stored on your device. You can disable automatic tracking per project and manage location permission in device settings.
Maps
The location picker uses OpenStreetMap tiles. Requests reveal your network address and the map areas being viewed to the tile service. Tiles may be cached on your device. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Exports and backups
PDFs and ZIP backups are created on your device. When you share or save them, the destination you select receives those files and handles them under its own policies. Backups can include client details, project locations and registration history. Copies outside HourNexa are not removed when you delete local app data.
Advertising and app promotions
HourNexa uses Google Mobile Ads and may display promotions for other Derksen apps. Ad services may process device identifiers, network information, ad interactions and diagnostics, subject to platform permissions and consent. The app provides platform-specific advertising privacy controls. Derksen promotions retrieve an app catalog and store display preferences locally. Pro removes advertising.

App usage analytics
Release versions use Firebase Analytics for app and screen usage, advertising interactions and subscription events. Purchase events can include value and currency. The service may process app-instance identifiers and device or usage information. Client details, project notes, work coordinates, recorded hours and PDF contents are not added to these events. Purchases and optional linking
Apple or Google processes store purchases. HourNexa and the Derksen subscription service use purchase and subscription information to verify Pro access. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Optional Apple or Google sign-in links an account identifier to subscription access across participating Derksen apps; it does not upload your business records.
Signing out on your device does not cancel a subscription or necessarily erase subscription records held by the service. Use the contact form to request removal of linked subscription data.
Retention and your choices
Local data remains until you remove it or clear the app’s storage. Editing or clearing daily hours does not erase completed registration history. Exported copies and operating-system backups must be managed separately. Store purchase records and third-party service data are handled by their providers. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of data held by Derksen, or to ask about the retention of a particular record.
This website and contacting us
These HourNexa pages do not load analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; those requests include your network address and browser information. The interactive example runs in your browser without saving its contents. Requests to serve the site include technical network information such as your IP address. If you email us, we use your address and the information you provide to handle your request. Do not send passwords, payment details or private client records.

We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
